Sakura mochi – Japanese sweets Wagashi

Today, it is 14degree here. I thought early spring is already coming (this Wkend wil b back to cold winter)
Sakura mochi – consisting of a sweet pink mochi (rice cake) and red bean paste, covered with a leaf of sakura (cherry blossom).
A leaf of Sakura is pickling of the salt. It is a good contrast with beans paste inside. You can enjoy both flavor to put it in my mouth at the same time both.
Of course, you could take a leaf off before eating. However I strongly recommend you to eat with it^^
