Dorayaki including Gyuhi – Japanese snack

I planned to trip Sendai this weekend but I could not make it because I got sick
I should write here sendai trip but it cant be helped.
Gyuhi – is is a softer variety of mochi (餅), and both are made from either glutinous rice or from mochiko (餅粉), which is glutinous rice flour (Wikipedia)
Dorayaki, introduced today, include Gyuhi inside^^

To be honest, I would like it to be whole of anko (beans paste) instead of Gyuhi^^
