Ningyo Yaki – Japanese sweet (Known by Asakusa sourvenir)

Asakusa(map) -very known for tourist place at Tokyo by foreign people.
Today’s item is very famous souvenir from Asakusa, called “NIngyo Yaki”
Ningyo yaki is made by castella within bean paste, very sweetie and soft
Inside castella, filled up by bean paste^^
NIngyo=doll. As the name, its shape look like Japanese doll. There are many types of Jap doll.
Momiji manju from HIroshima would be same type of souvenir.
